Best Western Inn of Payson

Great location right on the main highway with plenty of restaurants and fast food places in walking distance. 20 min. drive to the Tonto Natural Bridge. Hotel was clean, with friendly, professional staff. Breakfast had cold and hot options. Additional bonus was to see a herd of elk across from the parking lot.

Its an older hotel- BUT ... It was the warmest pool & hot tub, nicest staff, great contintlental breakfast & a one story building that made it wonderful for accessing the car when packing things in and out! I waa weary at first and then it ended up being one of the favs😁

Second time we stayed here. Super clean. Was asked at check in if we wanted daily room service. Thought that was a nice touch since we prefer not to get daily service, especially when only staying 2 nights. Had the same man check us in both times. Super helpful and friendly. Had the same person both mornings fixing the warm breakfast. Nice selections of other items also. This is the only place to stay when going to Payson.

Very clean room & the only issue was the pillows Very very lumpy & hard to sleep with Nice very helpful staff members Breakfast was good but not very plentiful as construction workers staying there got up early & ate everything by 6:30 to 7 am

The rooms were updated with nice floors in the entrance and bathrooms. The front door staff was very friendly and happy to assist. Great breakfast!
